During this period, STB SA recommends that the passengers should use mostly the alternative means we provide, in order to purchase transport tickets online loading for the nominal transport card, payment with bank card by 24Pay app, direct payment at the validator with the contactless bank card, payment by SMS.

People who benefit from discounts or gratuities can purchase metropolitan passes valid for 1 month, 6 months or 12 months from any sale center.

At the sale centers listed below, which are accompanied by an asterisk (*), only non-nominal cards are currently available.

Tickets can also be paid with a bank card (VISA or MASTERCARD) at any sale center.

  • serial number in the trade register;
  • address;
  • bank account number;
  • a phone number from the company;
  • the name of the contact person (the person designated to obtain the invoice has to provide an official document from the company).
